2013 windows and limited time offers

Window 1 (Released December 20)

The Loaded Grillers were released during this experience with 3 types to choose from for only $0.99.

The Loaded Potato Griller came with crispy potato bites, warm nacho cheese sauce, bits of bacon, and sour cream.
 
The Beefy Nacho Griller features seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, and crunchy red tortilla strips.
 
Lastly, the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Griller offered a filling of grilled chicken, lava sauce, and sour cream.

Along with the grillers, Taco Bell released the Variety Taco 12 pack at this time. This pack offered 6 Doritos Locos Tacos and 6 regular tacos for $12.99. This option is still on the menu today.

Window 2 (~January - February)

The New Cantina Steak Burrito included steak, rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, corn and pepper salsa, and creamy cilantro dressing.

The MTN Dew Baja Blast Freeze was released during this experience and can still be found on the menu. The new freeze joins along the lineup of the Frutista Freezes and Limeade Sparklers.

Window 3-4 (March 7 - May)

Taco Bell adds to the menu the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco, one year after the successful launch of the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco. This shell, flavored like the Cool Ranch Doritos chips, is filled with beef, lettuce, and cheese. Available in a supreme version which adds tomato and sour cream.

Taco Bell has removed the Frutista Freezes and replaced them with a Pink Lemonade and Pina Colada Freeze.

During this window is the release of Happier Hour. Everyday from 2-5pm all medium drinks, freezes, sparklers, and loaded grillers are $1 each. At this time Loaded grillers changed price from $0.99 to $1.29 outside of Happier Hour.

Window 5 (May 23 - ~June)

The Beefy Crunch Burrito returns to the menu for the third time following 2011 and 2012 releases and removals.

This burritos includes seasoned beef, Flamin' Hot Fritos, reduced-fat sour cream, rice, and nacho cheese sauce.

Window 6 (~June - July 24)

Taco Bell releases their Cantina Double Steak Quesadilla - described as a double portion of marinated premium thick-cut steak combined with pepper jack cheese, all folded in a grilled tortilla. Served with nacho chips and fire-roasted tomato Cantina salsa and sour cream for dipping.

Window 7A (Released July 25)

The NEW addition to the menu and replacement for the Enchirito is the Smothered Burrito, which is an enchilada-burrito combination.

This burrito features rice, refried beans, chipotle sauce, and a choice of beef, shredded chicken, or steak. The burrito is then covered in red sauce, a three cheese blend, and sour cream.

This burrito was discontinued late 2017.

Window 7B (Released August 22)

Taco Bell adds the Fiery Doritos Locos Taco to their permanent menu (edit: it was not permanent) to join the Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch DLTs.

This taco has a red shell with a spicy chili-lime flavor, and is filled with beef, lettuce, and shredded cheese. A Supreme variety includes tomatoes and sour cream.

Both the Fiery and Cool Ranch tacos last one the menu until removal September 12, 2019.

Window 8 (September 26 - November 11)

At this time Taco Bell offers a $5 Box with a chance to win a Playstation 4. Inside this box is a Crunchwrap Supreme, Burrito Supreme, crunchy taco, and a medium drink.

The MTN Dew Distortion and Typhoon freezes replace the Pink Lemonade and Pina Colada Freezes and join the Baja Blast freeze.

Window 9 (November 12 - December 18)

The comeback of the Triple Steak Stack. A flatbread layered with a triple portion of grilled steak and melted three-cheese blend.
