2018 Experiences and limited time offers
Experience 1 (December 21 - January 24)
At a price of just $1 each, the Stacker is complete with a tortilla, beef, nacho cheese sauce, and three-cheese blend.
For breakfast, the Stacker includes tortilla, eggs, nacho cheese, and a three-cheese blend (with a choice of bacon or sausage for $1.49 or no protein for $1)
The Orange Cream Pop Freeze replaced the Airheads Blue Raspberry Freeze during this experience. Current rotation at this time: Baja Blast, Orange Cream Pop, and Strawberry Poppin' Candy Freezes.
Experience 2 (January 25 - March 7)
Taco Bell disrupts the industry by introducing Nacho Fries; seasoned fries to dip in warm nacho cheese sauce. Also available as Fries Supreme and Bellgrande - fries topped with beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, and tomatoes.
The Skittle Strawberry Freeze replaced the Strawberry Poppin' Candy Freeze during this experience. Current rotation at this time: Baja Blast, Orange Cream Pop, and Skittles Strawberry Freezes.
Experience 3 (March 8 - April 4)
The Naked Egg Taco makes its return to the breakfast menu. This item was first released during Experience 8 in 2017.
For lunch and dinner, the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box joins the cravings menu to be permanent on the menu. This box includes a Chalupa Supreme, 5-Layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink.
Experience 4 (April 5 - May 9)
The $1 Triple Melt Burrito and $1 Triple Melt Nachos both feature seasoned beef, shredded three-cheese blend and nacho cheese, wrapped up in a warm, flour tortilla or served atop a bed of tortilla chips.
The Triple Melt Burrito was also available in a $5 box with a Doritos Locos Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium drink.
Experience 5 (May 10 - June 13)
The Naked Chicken Chalupa is back but this time in "Mild" or "Wild" versions. The NCC first released for Experience 2 of 2017, this time the Mild Naked Chicken Chalupa features an all-white meat, crispy chicken shell, Mexican spices and seasoning, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and creamy avocado ranch sauce, and the new Wilder Naked Chicken Chalupa takes the heat to the next level, complete with the same crispy fried chicken shell and fillings, but it’s topped off with a “bold, new smoky Wild sauce.”
Experience 6 (June 14 - July 10)
The Mild and Wild Naked Chicken Chalupas continue during this experience while Taco Bell introduces a new $5 Steak Nachos Box. This box includes a large serving of tortilla chips topped with a double portion of marinated steak, nacho cheese sauce, a three cheese blend, pico de gallo, refried beans and reduced fat sour cream. For $5 this also comes with a medium drink.
The Triple Melt Burrito comes back during this experience as a $2 combo with a medium drink.
The Watermelon Freeze with candy seeds replaced the Orange Cream Pop Freeze during this experience. Current rotation at this time: Baja Blast, Watermelon, and Skittles Strawberry Freezes.
Experience 7 (July 11 - August 15)
The $5 Steak Nachos Box continues during this experience while Taco Bell releases the Nacho Fries for the second time, previously released during Experience 2 of this same year.
Like the first release, the Nacho Fries are released as a fries with a cup of cheese, or in Supreme and Bellgrande versions.
Experience 8 (August 16 - September 12)
The Nacho Fries continue during this experience as Taco Bell enters what they call the "Season of Double". The next three experiences are items similar to some already on the menu but larger versions with more ingredients.
This experience is the Double Cheesy Gordita Crunch, where an extra layer of beef is added to the outside shell.
The Breakfast Stacker came back onto the breakfast menu for this experience.
The Caramel Apple Freeze replaced the Watermelon Freeze with candy seeds during this experience. Current rotation at this time: Baja Blast, Caramel Apple, and Skittles Strawberry Freezes.
Experience 9 (September 13 - October 17)
The second experience in the "Season of Double" is the Triple Double Crunchwrap making its third appearance. This item was previously released during Experience 3 2017, and before that Experience 6 2016.
Also making a return for its 5th national release is the Beefy Crunch Burrito as part of a $2 duo with a medium drink. This was last released nationwide during Experience 4 2016, but two limited releases since then.
Experience 10 (October 18 - November 21)
The third and final experience in the "Season of Double" is the Double Chalupa making its second appearance. The Double Chalupa debuted during Experience 6 2017.
During this experience, the Double Chalupa had a $5 Box with codes to win a Xbox One X Platinum.
Our final experience of the year was the return of the Rolled Chicken Tacos for the fourth time.
Luckily for everyone, the Double Chalupa continued during this experience.
Experience 11 (November 22 - December 26)
