Taco Bell's second experience of the year has started with the return of the Quesalupa, the return of Potatoes, and much more! With this launch also comes a whole grouping of new items being put to the test across the nation. Listed here are all the new test items and where to find them.
Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco
Charlotte, NC and Nashville, TN
Fans in Charlotte, NC & Nashville, TN can get their hands on Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco before its nationwide debut later this year. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco features a piece of premium all-white-meat crispy chicken, marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, then seasoned with bold Mexican spices and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. The Crispy Tortilla Chicken is hugged by a puffy bread and topped with Taco Bell’s signature, creamy chipotle sauce. The spicy version includes crunchy jalapeño slices.
Both the regular and spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco are available a la carte for $2.49.
Taco Bell's bold, cheesy, crunchy flavors are now stacked together with the new Stacked Bowls, literally! Two of the bowls feature a new ingredient: purple cabbage. The line-up of three premium bowls includes:
Stacked Taco Bowl: a double portion of seasoned beef, seasoned rice, refried beans, a blend of purple cabbage and lettuce, crunchy red strips, a three-cheese blend, reduced fat sour cream, tomatoes, and guacamole for $4.49.
Stacked Avocado Ranch Chicken Bowl: a double serving of marinated all-white-meat chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, a blend of purple cabbage and lettuce, a three-cheese blend, and avocado ranch sauce for $4.49.
Stacked Steak Melt Bowl: a double portion of marinated grilled steak, seasoned rice, black beans, crunchy red strips, tomatoes, creamy chipotle sauce, and a double portion of a melted three-cheese blend for $4.99.
$1 Spicy Tacos
Turn up the heat with Taco Bell's $1 Spicy Tacos! Available in three flavors, each $1 Spicy Taco comes with a warm flour tortilla loaded with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a bold spicy sauce. The three flavors are:
Mild Jalapeño: the mildest of the three flavors featuring Taco Bell's signature jalapeño sauce.
Medium Chipotle: kick up the heat by replacing the jalapeño sauce with our creamy chipotle sauce.
White Hot Ranch: dare to experience the hottest flavor? The spiciest taco features a new White Hot Ranch sauce made with Ghost Chili peppers and creamy buttermilk, bursting with heat.

Taco Bell is giving the Kansas City market a whole new way to experience the bold Mexican-inspired flavors they love with the new Primo Burritos starting at $1. This test includes: $1 Loaded Taco Primo Burrito: a flour tortilla filled with seasoned beef, crunchy red strips, lettuce, reduced fat sour cream, and cheddar cheese for only $1. Chicken Enchilada Primo Burrito: marinated all-white-meat chicken, reduced fat sour cream, seasoned rice, enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese all wrapped in a flour tortilla for $1.49.
Grilled Cheese Stacker
Houston, TX fans are getting an unapologetically indulgent experience with the Grilled Cheese Stacker. Each stacker starts with a flour tortilla loaded with seasoned beef, a three-cheese blend, and nacho cheese sauce folded into Taco Bell's signature stacker tri-fold. Lastly, Taco Bell adds a grilled three-cheese blend on top for $2.49. The Grande Grilled Cheese Stacker, with 2X the seasoned beef, is also available for $2.99.
Chicken Enchilada Grilled Cheese Burrito
Taco Bell's grilled cheese innovation continues with the Chicken Enchilada Grilled Cheese Burrito. This mouth-watering menu item comes with a warm flour tortilla filled with marinated all-white-meat chicken, seasoned rice, a three-cheese blend, crunchy red strips, delicious enchilada sauce, and reduced fat sour cream all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and topped with a layer of grilled cheese for $2.99.
