The Rolled Chicken Tacos are back at Taco Bell this month. As this is their 4th return to the menu, we are more focused on the NEW items Taco bell is testing.
The year is almost up and it is Taco Bell's last chance to test some new and exciting items in hopes that some make it through to the 10-11 experience lineup next year. For those who don't know, Taco Bell tests 20+ items each year in different markets across the country. These tests are to see how new items sell, how Taco Bell should market them, and how to price them. If these items are successful they may go on the slate for an experience. Experiences are 4-6 weeks period throughout the year where Taco Bell releases new limited-time offers (LTOs).
For the next 5 weeks, Taco Bell will be testing 5 NEW items throughout the country.
First, we have the Grilled Cheese Burrito.
"Taco Bell takes a twist on an American classic with the Grilled Cheese Burrito - featuring melted cheese both inside and grilled on the outside of the burrito giving fans an unapologetically indulgent experience. This burrito is stuffed with layers of melted cheeses, seasoned beef, seasoned rice, melted three-cheese blend, creamy chipotle, crunchy red strips and sour cream all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
Lastly, Taco Bell adds a final layer of melted cheese then grilled to perfection for just $2.99. Order it in a $5 Box paired with 2 Crunchy Tacos and a medium drink or the larger $7 Box with a Beef Chalupa Supreme, Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, Chips with Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium drink."
This item is testing in Chattanooga, TN now through December 25.
Second, from Taco Bell's Cantina menu, the Steak and Poblano Quesadilla.
"Following the test of the "From Our Cantina" Bowl and Burrito earlier this year, Cleveland fans will now have the opportunity to try the next "From Our Cantina" menu test item. The Steak and Poblano Quesadilla features marinated steak combined with mild, roasted poblano peppers, flavorful avocado ranch, and a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheeses. Paired with a side of guacamole and nacho chips, this quesadilla gives fans an elevated dining experience just like our Cantinas.

This product features Taco Bell's flavorful shredded chicken topped with fresh lettuce, crunchy red strips, cheddar cheese, and the choice of spicy ranch, creamy chipotle, or buffalo sauce all for $1. This item is testing in Phoenix, AZ now through December 25.
Next, with plenty of excitement, is the Crispy Chicken Tortilla.

"Taco Bell's version of the ultimate comfort food features new, premium all-white meat chicken that's been marinated in bold jalapeno buttermilk flavored marinade and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. The strips are served with Taco Bell's NEW signature dipping sauce, Creamy Chili Pepper Sauce, and is the brand's latest foray into fried chicken. The Crispy Tortilla Chicken will be served a la carte or in a taco with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocado ranch and cheddar cheese.
