The Cheesy Crunch Melt features a crispy shell (taken from the Mexican Pizza) broken in half and folded inside a flour tortilla along with layers of 3-cheese blend and nacho cheese. Along with the cheesy layers, this item comes with Chipotle sauce and your choice of beef or shredded chicken,
This promotion featured a $5 box that includes the Cheesy crunch melt, a Burrito Supreme, a crunchy taco, chips and cheese, and a medium drink.
This test ran January 4 to January 24 in Dayton, Ohio.
Carne Asada Fries Burrito

The Carne Asada Fries Burrito is the second time Taco Bell has tested a burrito that includes fries, the last one being in November 2017 when we had 3 options; supreme, Chipotle, and California.
Source says ingredients in this new burrito are steak, fries, nacho cheese, and pico de gallo, and guacamole. They come in two version; California and Chipotle

Double Steak Gordita Melt

Taco Bell is testing the new Double Steak Gordita Melt in some locations in West Virginia. This item looks pretty similar to the Triple Steak Stack from 2015. This item is made up of a flatbread, double portion of steak, and three cheese blend.
You can get this as a "3-course meal" which includes the Melt, Chips & Cheese, a 2-pack of Cinnabon Delights, and a medium drink, all for only $5.
Toasted Cheese Chalupa

This breakfast item is testing in areas of West Virginia and is paired up for breakfast with the Naked Egg Taco. The Chalupa has cheddar cheese baked into the shell and is filled with eggs, your choice or bacon or sausage, and nacho cheese.
A lunch and dinner version of the item is testing with beef, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, tomato.
You can order this item for $2.49 or get the $5 box which includes a Toasted Cheese Chalupa, 2 crunchy tacos, and a medium drink.
This item first went nationwide Experience 9 2019 (September 12, 2019) and has returned E9 2020 (November 5, 2020).

Beefy Crunch Burrito (Testing for Permanent Release)

Taco Bell brought back the fan-favorite Beefy Crunch Burrito for just $1. The test, beginning April 4, took place in 30 Chattanooga restaurants through mid-July and depending on the success of the menu item, there were hopes of a nationwide release in 2019.
Mini Pepsi Freeze

The Mini Pepsi freeze is testing in Chattanooga, TN and in Cincinnati, OH. This is a smaller freeze on the $1 Cravings Menu made of Pepsi.
Queso Quesarito

This item was spotted testing in around Birmingham, AL.
Similar to the standard Quesarito, the inside of this burrito is filled with seasoned beef, rice, nacho cheese, sour cream, and chipotle sauce. Instead of putting nacho cheese sauce around the outside "quesadilla" part of the burrito, Taco Bell has put in queso sauce.
French Toast Chalupa

Nacho Cheese Naked Chicken Chalupa

The Nacho Cheese Naked Chicken Chalupa is tested in Cleveland, Ohio along with the release of the Mild or Wild Naked Chicken Chalupa. This item, instead of using an Avacado Ranch or Wild sauce, uses Nacho Cheese sauce inside of the chalupa.
Naked Chicken Menu

The Naked Chicken menu is testing in Bakersfield, CA. This appears to be a complete makeover of the menu, The Naked Chicken menu includes the Naked Chicken Chalupa, Naked Chicken Quesadilla, Chipotle Chicken Burrito, and of course Naked Chicken Chips.
The combo #10 becomes the Naked Chicken Chalupa combo and the combo #12 becomes the Naked Chicken Quesadilla combo.

Rattlesnake Burrito and Fries

Available as a test item in Columbus, Ohio, dubbed the "Rattlesnake Fries," they're available in Fries Supreme or Burrito form and include pickled jalapenos, steak, nacho cheese sauce, and jalapeno sauce. The Southwest-inspired twist on carne asada fries can definitely pack a punch. Price at $2.99 for either the burrito or fries.

Reaper Ranch Fries

Available as a test item in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Reaper Ranch Fries feature a spicy ranch sauce that's hotter than any other condiment the taco titan has created. Taco Bell reps told Foodbeast that their new creation is about a level of heat above their Lava Sauce, their spiciest item prior to the Reaper Ranch.
While available, you can order the sauce in a Reaper Ranch Fries Supreme form with fries, ground beef, sour cream, and tomatoes.

Midnight Melt Taco (Blue Shell)

Available as a test item in Irvine, CA, the Midnight Melt Taco has a shell made with blue corn and is filled with nacho cheese, beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. This item is priced at $1 per taco.

$1 Loaded Nacho Taco

The $1 Loaded Nacho Taco was spotted testing in the Northern Ohio test market. This item is similar to the $1 Loaded Nacho Burritos tested earlier this year. The taco, assuming either crunchy or soft although advertised as soft, includes beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, and red strips.
The $5 Box with this item includes a Loaded Nacho Taco, a Crunchy Taco, a 5-Layer Burrito, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink.

Chicken Tortada

The Chicken Tortada's were spotted testing in Kansas City, MO.
These items are similar to the Tortadas Taco Bell had in 2010, except this time there are naked chicken chips inside of them. It's a cross between a torta (sandwich) and a tostada. It's a panini-pressed flour tortilla folded into a square filled with naked chicken chips, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, red tortilla strips, and your choice of either Avocado Ranch, or Mango Habanero sauce.
These are testing for $2.49 each.
$1 Crispy Chicken Tacos

The $1 Crispy Chicken Tacos were spotted testing in the Charleston, WV area.
These are soft taco shells filled with naked chicken chips, lettuce, shredded cheese, and your choice of 3 sauces. You can get them in Avocado Ranch, Buffalo, or Chipotle.
The $5 Box for this item includes a Crispy Chicken Taco, a Crunchy Taco, a Beefy 5-layer Burrito, Cinnamon Twists, and a Medium drink.
Along with this, Taco Bell would sell 6-packs for chicken chips for $2.49.
Stackers

Spotted in Statesville, NC, the Stackers are back instead of the Double Chalupa. There is a $5 Stacker Box as well as a new $2 Stacker Duo including a stacker and a medium drink.
What is the stacker? This item is made up of a tortilla, beef, nacho cheese sauce, and three-cheese blend. This item was the LTO for Experience 1 this year and the breakfast stacker came back during E8 and E9.
These items went nationwide as a Grande Stacker during Experience 8 (September 24) 2020.
Reaper Ranch Quearito

This item was spotted in Southeast Wisconsin around the Milwaukee area.
The Reaper Ranch quesarito is like your normal quesarito except with Reaper Ranch sauce instead of Chipotle. We have seen Taco Bell put twists on the quesarito before like the habanero quesarito and the volcano quesarito. This Reaper Ranch sauce was first seen a couple month ago testing with nacho fries in Ohio. A second test item is a good sign we may see Reaper Ranch in the future nationwide.
Prices have not been reported but we assume it will be the same as your standard quesarito.
Tripleupa

If you live near select Taco Bells in Orange County, CA, you can test out the new Triplelupa at Taco Bell this holiday season. Starting on Nov. 21, and running through Dec. 12.
The Triplelupa is topped with warm, seasoned beef, three different cheeses that are gloriously blended together, lettuce, tomatoes, and then as the grand finale, three different flavored sauces top it off, making it a real triple threat. On one side is a nacho cheese sauce, on the other side is a chipotle space, and down the middle is a delicious combination of the two which merges to create an extremely dynamic spicy and cheesy flavor pop.
These are testing at $3.49 each.

Quesalupa Re-Test

The Quesalupa was first an LTO in February 2016. The Quesalupa is the first shell stuffed with melted pepper jack cheese, and stuffed with the beloved ingredients Taco Bell is known for including seasoned beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, reduced-fat sour cream and tomatoes.
This item is testing in Irvine, CA for only $1.49 for the beef version, $1.79 for chicken, and $1.99 for steak.
This item went nationwide again during Experience 2 (March 11) 2021.
$1 Beefy Potato Flatbread

This item spotted testing in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This dish is a warm flatbread with seasoned potato bites, seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce and melted cheddar cheese. Adding jalapeños is an option. It's also available in a $5 Box with a Doritos Locos Taco, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium drink.
